Although BRS Jobs had great connections and relationships with key stakeholders across the core sectors of construction and engineering, the brand itself was relatively unknown due to the nature of their business, which is predominantly telephone-based. From our initial briefing, it was apparent that the team needed something quick and easy to navigate, whilst informative and concise for new candidates and clients.
The brief we received for the website was to remain clean and fresh, user-friendly and informative, with available roles and how to apply, being vital to the site’s success. We researched a number of similar websites across the industry to understand what the team liked.
We have utilised sector pages to ensure the relevant message is in front of the appropriate audience. We also introduced an excellent meet the team page that enables users to see the team behind BRS Jobs.
We used a system called ‘Sketch’ to design the sites look and feel before providing the team at BRS Jobs with a prototype to conduct our first round of testing before we developed them.
During the development phase, we ensured the site was device responsive, fast-loading and efficient. The client also needed a clear and straightforward enquiry form for potential clients or candidates to speak to the team.
Organic Social Media Marketing
Since working together, we have sent out regular social content across their three channels; Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter including bespoke job adverts, blog posts and key information around the services BRS Jobs provide.
We’ve seen fantastic engagement to date and since commencing our work have seen a huge increase in activity.

We have since implemented an email marketing strategy across their core sectors and created regular touch points such as a monthly newsletter, weekly vacancy e-blasts and general touch points.
