We’re looking for a Creative Artworker to join our buzzing design team. You’ll be the mastermind behind transforming brilliant concepts into flawlessly executed artwork across print, digital, social, and more. Working closely with our creative and marketing teams, you’ll ensure every project is visually stunning and technically perfect.

As part of this role, you’ll not only create, but also inspire other team members and play a key role in shaping their creative futures. You’ll get the best of both worlds in this hybrid position: most of the time you’ll work from home, but each month, we’ll come together in the office to collaborate, share ideas, and fire up the creative energy.

• Craft high-quality artwork for everything from print to digital campaigns.
• Adapt designs into final artwork that’s consistent and true to the original creative concept.
• Ensure brand consistency and perfect execution across all touchpoints.
• Be a brand guardian, ensuring clients’ visual identities stay strong and cohesive.
• Collaborate with other team members, offering your expertise to elevate their work.
• Have the opportunity to meet, present and discuss creative ideas and artwork with clients and colleagues.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and technology to keep our team at the cutting edge.

• You’ve got serious skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and a killer eye for detail when it comes to layout, typography, and design.
• You’re comfortable managing multiple projects at once and delivering on time, every time.
• You know print production inside out and can prep files with ease.
• You’ve got great teamworking ability, helping other designers and sharing knowledge within the agency.
• You can easily make it to the office in Crawley for our team days.
• Bonus points if you’re familiar with UX/UI!
