What’s Required?

The successful candidate will have a passion for design and a keen eye for detail, coupled with the ability to conceptualise and execute compelling visual assets that effectively communicate our clients' brand messages. As a Graphic Designer, you will work on a range of projects from full rebrands to campaign creation. You will report directly to the Head of Creative and collaborate closely with the wider Creative team and work closely alongside the team of marketers, to deliver high-quality design solutions across various channels and platforms.

  • Liaising with clients to determine their requirements and budget
  • Managing client proposals from the offset, from design to print and production
  • Working with clients, briefing and advising them with regard to design style, format, print production and timescales
  • Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites, following brand guidelines and being a brand guardian for our clients
  • Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief
  • Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required
  • Working with a range of digital and print media, including tools like Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma and keeping up to date with emerging technologies.
Who you are


  • A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
  • Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a marketing agency or similar fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software
  • Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout principles, and other design fundamentals
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and proficiency in executing various design styles
  • Ability to adapt to evolving client preferences and project requirements, while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism

Additional Skills (Preferred, but not required):

  • Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or animation
  • Familiarity with Canva
  • Knowledge of web design principles
  • Experience with designing for UX/UI considerations and mobile responsiveness
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Wrike
