Announced on International Women's Day (March 8th), Sarah is our first-ever female director at Creative Pod and she has gone from strength to strength since she joined the company in 2017. Sarah started as a Senior Marketing Executive and quickly progressed to Head of Marketing in 2018, looking after the marketing, design and website teams.

Sarah has helped develop the company in the last two years, increasing the marketing team from three to eight, the design team from two to five and helping to take home three company award wins. In 2020, we won ‘Team of the Year’ run by County Business Clubs and Network my Club and shortly after, in April 2021, we won the County Business Clubs’ ‘Sales and Marketing’ award for the second year running. Most recently, Creative Pod took home the ‘Creative Design and Marketing’ award at the Gatwick Diamond Business awards. Sarah and her team were thrilled to win this award as it was a new category for 2022.

Now that her team is in place and raring to go, Sarah is focusing on the company’s strategy, with growth and structure being two of the key areas of focus. She is currently applying for the official Living Wage Accreditation and is working on Creative Pod becoming a client of ‘The Drum Recommends’.

It’s a remarkable achievement that Sarah is now a director at the age of 32 and is the first female director at Creative Pod.
