From humble beginnings in a flat in Crawley, Creative Pod was founded in 2006 by a visionary entrepreneur, Matt Turner. Since our inception, we have worked with our clients to become their outsourced marketing department. We take pride in our approach, which has driven us to become a formidable force in the industry, earning accolades and acclaim along the way.
Reflecting on the journey, Matt Turner, CEO, said: “It’s been a rollercoaster of trials and triumphs, and each one has helped shape Creative Pod into the well-known brand it is today. From my beginnings as a tea boy in Redhill to navigating the competitive landscape of Clapham Junction. I’m pleased that my perseverance and determination for creative ideas and unwavering belief that ‘marketing doesn't need to be boring’ and that you ‘don’t have to work with dickheads’ has paid off.
The evolution of Creative Pod has been marked by a series of strategic acquisitions and expansion initiatives, each contributing to our growing portfolio of services and expertise. From acquiring Gatwick Press, The Print Shop, in 2011 and 427 Marketing and Huga Digital Marketing in 2020, to the recent additions of 2UpFront in 2023, our commitment to innovation and diversification remains unwavering.
Throughout the years, we have been honoured with numerous awards and accolades, including being named Creative Agency of the Year in 2022 and winners of the 2023 Gatwick Diamond Business Awards for Creative Design & Marketing (to name a few). The team has also worked incredibly hard to secure accreditations as a Google Partner, Webflow Expert, and Drum Recommended agency, reaffirming our commitment to delivering exceptional client results.
